Our Team

Noah Starr is the president of CanStar Property Management. He is a Canadian veteran and entrepreneur; he loves a challenge. He incorporated CanStar in 2012. Noah has grown up in several different parts of the country, he has experienced many different markets, and he is in the process of implementing a Canada-wide company. Our owner has acquired several properties including some prime locations in the core of the city of Fredericton. He owns two Airbnb properties and hopes to expand in the province and elsewhere.

Megan Toth is our executive assistant. Megan has been with CanStar Property Management since the 2015. “I don’t know where I would be today if it wasn’t for CanStar, I was [given] nothing but opportunities to find my strength.” Megan is able to help you with all your needs. Managing properties and maintenance is something she has plenty of experience with. “I learn something new everyday in my job.” She is a part-time yoga instructor, and lives a pretty active lifestyle. “We have fun here at CanStar, there’s nothing we can’t do.”
